The Council had received 216 complaints through Hotline Information Service during the month of
March 2012 as per detailed reports attached herewith for the members of the committee. To
date, all complaints received for the month had been satisfactory dealt with.

However, report on the follow up action in respect of the following complaints is still progress by
various divisions which are closely monitored by the Hotline Service Unit.


SUMMARY
There were 3 nos. of complaints received on Council’s parks and gardens on softscapes for the month of January 2012 to March 2012. Out of the 3 cases received,2 cases were responded within 2 working day, 1 case within 3 working days .
COMMENT
All the complaints received from the month of January 2012 to March 2012 had been responded within 3 working days, which achieved the Quality Objective that had been set for the Maintenance of Parks and Gardens for Softscapes (QP-BLD-02).
